Through the National Game Strategy 2008- 2012 Cheshire FA was allocated additional resources to ensure that we delivered on the strategy, this not only consisted of a annual revenue budget but also additional human resources.
With this Cheshire FA appointed a new Senior Football Development Officer; re structured the department and redefined the responsibilities for each member of staff which will allow them to work more strategically across the county and provide increased support to our partners.
