Diving
Diving refers to the sport of acrobatically jumping or falling into water. Most diving competitions consist of three disciplines: 1m and 3m which are performed on a springboard and 10m which is performed on a concrete platform. Successful competitors possess many of the same characteristics as gymnasts, including strength, flexibility, and the ability to control and judge body movements (kinesthetic judgment).

Diving in
There is a club that trains on Tuesday’s between 7.30 – 8.30pm in
Diving Facilities
1 x 1 metre springboard
1 x 1 metre diving block
Pool Depth - 3 metres
