- The annual Disabaility Awareness Day (DAD) is taking place at Walton Hall Gardens, Warrington on 15th July 2012. Disability Awareness Day 2012 aims to promote all aspects of independant living including support groups and services, transport, employement, education, health, social services, equipment, mobility products, utilities, communication, leisure activities and much more. This years DAD week will start with a launch event on Saturday 7th July, followed by a week long calendar of evtns leading upto the big day on the 15th July 2012.
