Helsby Golf Club - Golfmark achieved...Onwards & Upwards

Helsby Golf Club have recently achieved Golfmark as part of its Junior Golf Development Plan. The club have made enormous strides so far in 2008. Club captain Peter Hancock noted how “We are halfway through the club year and we have seen a huge change in the way we do things.  There is an ‘energy’ in the club which has resulted in many members to volunteer for tasks and to work as a team in helping the club achieve its goals. At the beginning of year we looked at the challenges ahead and felt it necessary to re-focus our efforts in 3 key areas, Juniors, Marketing and Communication.”  Click here for more details
