Disability Sport Events are pleased to announce the entry forms for the National Junior Athletics Championships 2009 are now available.

The event being held in Blackpool is a full track and field programme for 12-20 year old disabled athletes. It is supported by

The Championships will be run under the Disability Sport Events Profile System.
Cost: Competitors- the £120.00 fee (inclusive of VAT) includes:
Competition entry fee, two nights accommodation with breakfast, a packed lunch on both competition days, dinner on Friday night at your hotel and a championship dinner and disco on Saturday night at the Hilton Hotel.
There is an additional charge of £40 per night for single occupancy in rooms.
Management i.e. Escorts, coaches or helpers:
£120.00 for shared accommodation £160 for single room occupancy for the weekend package.
The non- accommodation entry fee of £30 includes:
Competition entry fee, packed lunches and Saturday night dinner and disco.

Competition entry fee and packed lunches
(Please note we do not have any other pricing structure regardless of people not requiring packed lunch)

Disability Sport Events takes no responsibility for securing competitor accommodation prior to the event unless full payment is received.

Guesting in events
People may guest in events (take part in more than 3). However they will have to have met the qualifying Standard and this will have to be agreed with the National Events Manager. Points and medals will not be awarded to guests.

NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS AGREED WITH THE EVENTS MANAGER.
