Walking
Why Walking?
Walking is one of the safest and easiest forms of activity. It is an activity which can be done as part of a group or on your own and does not require any special equipment as long as you have comfy footwear. Walkers can be of any age and any level of fitness and it allows you to be a part of the countryside around you. If you have not done much walking in the past then joining your local Health Walk group could be an option. Health Walks are also a good way to meet other people who like you want to improve their health through walking!
