Cheshire and Warrington Partnership Youth Games

 

ONE DAY, THREE SITES, FOURTEEN SPORTS, BE PART OF IT!

 

As one of the largest events of its kind in Cheshire and Warrington’s sporting calendar the Youth Games have gone from strength to strength.  In the run up to the Games approximately 1,500 young people from across the County will be encouraged to play Sport and then take part in the Games, supported by an estimated audience of 2,500 family, friends and not to mention an army of volunteers.

 

This year the Games will focus on introducing and encouraging children and young people to take part in sport and physical activity, to enable them to lead a healthy lifestyle; giving them the opportunity to start, participate and succeed in sport & physical activity.

 

Sponsors for the 2007 Games included AstraZeneca; Vauxhall, McArthur Glen, WestCheshireCollege and Connexions.

 

Why do we need Sponsorship?

 

THE MORE THAT IS RAISED, THE BETTER THE DAY!

 

Although there is an opportunity for Title Sponsorship of the Youth Games (details available upon request), the most popular form of sponsorship has been for each of the sporting events. There are two levels of sponsorship for the sporting events; sponsorship of a competition (£1,500) or a taster session (£500).

 

All sports are fully inclusive with some specifically incorporating young people with a disability.
